Absolute Title of Central Florida was founded by Alexandre M. Mestdagh, a real estate attorney whose practice primarily focuses on residential and commercial transactions. As a title agent appointed by title underwriters First American Title Company, Attorney’s Title Company and Old Republic, Mr. Mestdagh handles commercial and residential closings. Mr. Mestdagh, through the law firm of Alexandre M. Mestdagh, P.A., represents clients, including homeowners, developers, investors and lenders and provides services such as drafting leases, contracts, handling landlord/tenant matters, asset protection, quiet title actions and other matters of title.

Mr. Mestdagh is originally from Belgium and fluent in French. He earned his Bachelor's of Art in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. He subsequently earned his law degree and Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance from the University of Florida. He is also a Florida licensed real estate agent, title agent and Circuit Court mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court. 

Mr. Mestdagh is licensed to practice law in Florida and Washington DC. and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
